- All courses follow the same structure with duration of 60 minutes per course
- Each course focuses only on specific topics related to the given IT project phase
- Courses have both general and course-specific pre-requisites. Pre-study resources are provided to evaluated the knowledge level and fill the gaps before enrolling to the course.
- Pace is fast to enable an effective learning also for experienced IT professionals
- Content is bite-sized into 1-minute elements for digesting or reflecting on the presentation by pausing after any topic (recommended irrespective of the learner’s level)

Dr Ted - Your IT Project Leadership Coach
Dr Ted's IT Project Leadership Online Training is based on Dr Ted's (aka Teemu Leppänen) over 30,000 hours of personal hands-on experience from 36 business IT solution delivery projects as project manager, solution architect, business analyst or application developer. Dr Ted was also the responsible IT project manager in 21 out of those 36 projects. Before starting his IT career Dr Ted completed PhD in computational physics and information science, and M.Sc.&B.Sc. in computational engineering, electrical engineering and mathematics at the Helsinki University of Technology (nowadays Aalto University), and B.Sc. in social psychology and psychology at the University of Helsinki in Finland. Since 2005 Dr Ted has over 15 years of international client-facing IT project work experience on the client-side, in a consulting organization and in an enterprise software company.
